Our recipe dates back over 100 years when Bobby Turnbull was asked to if he sold Haggis in his shop. Now, the recipe is in the 5th generation of the family and is created using only the finest ingredients. Including Northumbrian Lamb, oats and our secret blend of seasoning.
Famously eaten as part of a Burns Night Supper on the 25th of January, to celebrate the birthday of Scotland's National Poet, Robert Burns. A traditional supper is accompanied by Neeps (Turnips), Tatties (Potatoes) and a 'wee dram of whisky'.
