Simply sign up via our website, where your membership is set up as a recurring monthly payment.
When will my box be ready?
When will my box be ready?
The date for each release is shared in the box before it. We’ll then email you a week ahead to confirm, and again on the day with your collection or delivery details.
Will alcohol be included?
Will alcohol be included?
Occasionally, yes - for example, a local beer or cider. All members must be 18 or over. If you don’t drink, these make thoughtful gifts for friends or family.
Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Please note that once a box is prepared, it can’t be refunded. If you’re a founder member, your founder member status will end when you unsubscribe.
What if I’m on away when the box is due?
What if I’m on away when the box is due?
We’ll email you a week before your box is ready. If you can’t collect or receive it, you can arrange for a friend or family member to pick it up or receive it on your behalf instead. As each box is a one-off release, we don’t usually roll them forward. However, if you have special circumstances, just let us know and we’ll always try our very best to help.
